How does the leaseback work?

As the owner of a 4-Star Resort Package you will be the landlord under a registered 20-year leaseback agreement with an annual return equivalent to a minimum 5% net return of the purchase price. The leaseback rental increases with CPI and capital growth through market rent reviews every 5 years. The market rent set cannot be set lower than that payable in the previous period.
